What is the time commitment?

Each session is 60 minutes long and most of the sessions have an out of class assignment that takes 5-15 minutes.

What does the course cover?

The course covers both internal leadership characteristics as well as leadership strategies that directly impact your team. For a full list of topics, find them here.

How are the sessions structured?

Each 60 minute session includes in class activities, peer discussion, and direct instruction provided by an SML Certified Facilitator.

What happens if I can't be there for all the sessions?

We get it! Life happens. We're here to serve you through all of life's many changes. In order to graduate the course, and receive your certification, you must be present(virtually) for at least 6 of the 8 sessions, and all assignments must be completed.
